Just as her name implies, this girl is allllll spice (and of course a lot of love too)! We aren’t sure if she’s actually a dog or if she’s a muppet but this adorable cutie is around 1 years old and at only 10lbs, her personality is HUGE! She’s doing great in her foster home and reports to be tiny, active, a ton of fun and large on love! Pepper is spayed, microchipped , house & crate trained. She loves people but prefers to be the only canine in the home
